Desired Skills-
Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in technical recruiting / sourcing (preferably from US Staffing / Recruitment / IT Consulting Industry.
Candidate should be willing to work in night shift. The incumbent will be working between 7.30pm - 4.30 am IST catering to the needs of US clients.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), result oriented ,team player ,highly collaborative.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors / Clients and other team members to create a partnership that yields
Success predictable results and credibility.
Familarity with Internet navigation & recruiting tools-Monster,Dice,Career Builder & Social Networking Avenues.
Strong competence in lead generation, Prospecting Consultants / Clients and Client Relationship Management.
Capability of Working on multiple requirements.
Should have good interaction with Global Manager & Maintaining Relationship with clients as well as Consultants.
