Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:-
Understanding construction/ technical drawings.
Estimation/ verification of quantities.
Work planning (for activities, men and material).
Guiding and supervising at site, work such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical wiring/ fitting, plumbing, paneling, minor civil work such as flooring, waterproofing, POP, painting etc.
Liaising with client"s representatives, attending periodic reviews, communicating (written/ verbal).
Measurement and verification of work at site.
Obtaining quality records.
Enforcing Labour Laws and Safety requirements at site.
Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
The incumbent should be/ have:
BE Civil / B.Arch.
Minimum relevant experience of 2 years in site execution.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent Product Knowledge (preferred).
Good labour handling skills.
Candidates scoring 55% and above are requested to apply.
