Skills:
Administration and operational support of the MS Enterprise Tools (based on Computer Associates systems management R12.5 suite) used for configuration management, monitoring, altert/notification, and incident/problem management used within the MS hosted services environment.
CA Tools includes: CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, CA Network & Systems Mgmt (NSM) etc.
Remarks:
Certification: ITIL V3 - Service Transition and Service Operations
Project management skills in server monitoring processes, need strong English communications
Server configuration knowledge, Software License Management, General asset configuration knowledge and capacity planning, PS Implementation Methodologies
