* Taking care of internal hiring for SAP resource.
* Involved in the full cycle recruitment right from Sourcing to On-Boarding.
* Owned full cycle recruiting: Requirement gathering, analyzing, Sourcing, Preliminary screening/Interviewing, Interview Scheduling, Role fitment negotiating, Offer negotiating to on-boarding & closed positions for assigned requisitions.
* Vendor management, Client interaction.
