The candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn. Should be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and should be able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other
electronic communication. Should be self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as:
E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Specifically, what the client is looking for:
* 3+ years in Web Development
* Strong Knowledge in HTML, CSS 2.0 & 3.0, XML, XHTML, Javascript, PHP, SQL, Jquery, other Javascript Libraries (Prototype, Mootools etc)
* Good experience in CMS Tool like Joomla, Magento etc.
* Knowledge on servers (Hosting websites, Cronjobs, Configuring Virtual hosts)
* Should have an idea on optimizing websites, following coding standards.
* Should have an idea on securing a website.
* Cultural openness, ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
* B.E. or B. Tech or Bachelors degree in computer science or MCA or related experience
* Added advantage is an experience in Photoshop or Dreamweaver & other designing tools
