We have an exciting Overseas Job Opportunity in our client group company based out of South Africa. They are a 1000 crs Trans national Conglomerate having presence in UAE ( Dubai ), China, canada, Democratic Republic of Congo, south africa etc, besides India.
They are well diversified group and have got business interests in sectors as varied as mining, steel mills, commerical agri farming, leisure & entertainment, agri products etc.
JOB LOCATION
Congo,Africa
JOB DESCRIPTION
Total control and supervision of accounts and finance department, which includes the daily activities, periodic MISs, reports, costing, monthly Balance Sheet and P&L, finalisation of yearly accounts, budget, variance analysis etc.
Banking, project appraisals, cash flow and financial projections.
Supervision of stores activity, material management and MIS.
Help to G.M on negotiations, finalisation of deals and preparation of contracts for clients on proposed works.
Co-ordination with production and technical department to make sure productivity and update on the targets achieved against set, on a regular basis.
Collection of MIS from running sites and co-ordination with site managers.
Invoicing, debt collection, bills payable, reconciliation of supplier and client accounts.
Co-ordination, quarterly audit and finalisation of branch accounts.
Payroll preparation, distribution of salary, payment of taxes on or before due dates.
Keeping details of expatriates’ visa, application and renewals.
To assist in developing any suitable software for THE COMPANY.
Keep THE COMPANY team in good spirit and play as a role model to strengthen the team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Exp- 7-10 yrs ( AFRICAN EXPERIENCE WILL BE ADVANTAGE )
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Savings ( in USD)- MAX. UP TO 4500 USD pm( DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE & INTERVIEW OF CANDIDATE)
