Experience: 6 months to 3 years.
Location: Hyderabad.
Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization.

Job Description/responsibilities:
• Sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Work with sales team in identifying new business in new and existing accounts.
• Interviewing applicants (on phone), assessing qualifications, and discussing candidate's career objectives.
• Matching candidates with open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet the assigned sales and recruitment targets.
Job Requirements:
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT industry.
• Proven ability to place top tier talent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
