DESIGNATION: quality Mgr
Skill: Minimum 7+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO/ IT environment
Excellent Man Mangement & leadership skills
Should be currently within a quality profile & must have managed a team
Should have hands-on experience of working in/leading Process quality
Program Management
• Build & deploy the Quality Management processes & tools
Ensure Continuous Improvement - identify areas of improvement in the process and implement necessary process changes
• Identify key metrics & Ensure effective measurement of the processes by publishing dashboards .
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with standard agreed processes, and supervise the effective deployment of new quality guidelines.
• Ensure that Process Performance metrics are suitably defined and get reported by the teams as per requirements defined in SoW or SLA.
• Establish a review process to validate adherence to the defined Service Delivery Management processes as part of ongoing delivery.
• Work with the business and provide required MIS to enable periodical reviews .
• Ensure implementation of appropriate Quality certification programmes like ISO, Lean Six Sigma, CMM, COPC etc., in line with the organization business plans.
• Continuously evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of processes being followed , and inform the business on the deviations (if any).
