SSE

1.       Mandatory : Technology :

a.      Experience and good knowledge in .NET  3.0 / 3.5, Win Forms, ASP.NET, C#, .Net framework, OOPs concepts, Web Application

b.      Knowledge of Architecture and design of .NET applications

c.       Knowledge of / worked on at least one of following : Web services / WCF / WPF

d.      Knowledge of / Comfortable with PL/SQL, SQL server

e.       Knowledge of / worked on Troubleshooting technical problems

f.        Awareness of design patterns

g.      Should be able to explain the recent project(s) worked upon and the work done in the project(s)

2.       Mandatory : Processes :

a.      Aware of the project related processes - SDLC Life Cycle / Reviews at different stages / Checklists

b.      Awareness of tools used in various phases of project - Source Control, Defect Management etc

3.       Mandatory : Soft Skills :

a.       Should have good communication skills – should have clear thought process

1.       Mandatory : Technology :
