Looking for a Manager Opeartions US Mortgage
Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience.
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate.
1. Manage daily operations and production control for all lines of businesses. Responsible for achieving monthly production numbers
2. Manage business ramp-ups and adhere to roll-out schedule
3. Ensure transition of new business processes and other proposed off-shored operational areas
4. Vendor and client management, handling of issues and escalations
5. Monitor process and personnel performance, optimize resource utilization, ensure quality, productivity and process efficiency
6. Ensure client delight through seeking 'voice of customer' elements, incorporating in processes, monitoring and adhering to SLAs
7. Ensure production team"s optimum capacity utilization and productivity
8. Understand and drive the business ramp-ups and revenue generation processes
9. Develop functional expertise of the related business processes and mentor new recruits
10. Manage a team of 100+ personnel for daily operations and work directly with the team/functional leads and assistant manager
12. Impart process training for new recruits for fast on-boarding into production line. Roll-out and ensure implementation of process changes and updates
13. Operational reporting
