Education Qualification : B.E/Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Years of Experience : 7 to 12 years
* Expertise in reviewing tender/ bid documents and to close the tender as per the requirement
* Estimation of MEP works and preparation of techno-commercial proposals
* Value engineering studies in terms of cost reduction based on the client"s budget constraints
* Developing preliminary engineering designs for mechanical works
* Quantity take-off from drawings for MEP works and preparation of bill of materials/BOQ
* Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
* Site supervision and coordination of MEP works as per the design requirements
* Vendor development and procurement activities
* Commercials, cost analysis and Contracts
