Calls for recruitment of Project Personnel:
1.Reader / Research Officer No. 2 :
a) Doctorate degree in Linguistics/ Comparative Philology/Indian Language and Literature including English, Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent.
b) Preferable NET/SLET
c) Five years experience of teaching/research. Out of this minimum of 3 years of research/training experience in the area of Speech Recognition and Synthesis or Natural Language Processing or Creation of corpora / tools like Morphological analyzer, POS etc., in Indian Languages as evident in publications, onference/seminar
participation
2.Senior Lecturer / Junior Research Officer:
3.Lecturer / Resource Person:
a) Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Comparative Philology or Indian Language and Literature including English, Computer Science from a recognized University.
b) Preferable NET/SLET
c) Should have obtained fifty five (55%) percent marks or equivalent Grade, at the Master’s Degree level from a recognized university
d) Two years research/training experience in the area of Speech Recognition and Synthesis or Character Recognition or Natural Language Processing or Corpora Creation in Indian Languages as evident in
publications, conference/seminar participation.
4.Research Assistant (Senior) ; No.13
Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Comparative Philology or Indian Language and Literature with two years of experience in research in corpus creation/ cleaning/use of corpus analyze tools.
5.Research Assistant (Junior): No.6.
