We are looking for candidates for the position Business Analyst with one of our leading client.
The following is the job description:
* Lead continuous improvement efforts and teach, train, coach and mentor the team members for the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and Kaizen methodology
* Conduct regular "value stream reviews" and "project performance data reviews" to analysis, determine and prioritize improvement opportunities for significant and measurable business impact
* Apply advanced analytical and problem solving techniques to develop and implement actions to improve quality, cost, delivery and speed.
* Utilize advanced problem solving and process improvement methodologies e.g. six sigma, kaizen, quality circles for leading/supporting various production initiatives
* Apply skills to resolve business process issues/constraints and to find creative solutions to operational problems
* Seek, share and institutionalize best practices
* Serve as a change agent by influencing, communicating and institutionalizing a culture of continuous improvement
* Communicate/present accomplishments, progress, status and issues
* Lead and coach kaizen events and variation reduction projects
The years of experience should be 7 to 12.
