Monitoring metrics – Customer CTQ’s
Documentation of Quality Systems
Ensure Six Sigma & Lean Rigor in function and conduct training.
Drive Implementation of Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen Initiatives in the Organization
Maintain the MIS for the Quality function
Analyze and provide support to operations for Improvement of processes

Essential;- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained, Should be fine to work in Shifts

Preferable : Black Belt Certified

Yellow Belt: Participates as a project team member. Reviews process improvements that support the project.

White Belt: Can work on local problem-solving teams that support overall projects, but may not be part of a Six Sigma project team. Understands basic Six Sigma concepts from an awareness perspective.
