PAT AERO – Test Engineer

VACANCY AT: Honeywell Technology Solutions, Bangalore
QUALIFICATION: Any B.E./B.Tech/ M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/Instrumenta tion Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 yrs of experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Must have worked in Avionics software/system verification projects
Has Unit testing, Software Integration testing, System testing experience (Experience in more than one area is preferred)
Exposure to RTOS and embedded development (C, C++)
Having good debugging skills

QUALIFICATION: B.E/Masters Degree or equivalent (Electronics preferred)
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience in interpreting& generating requirements for test systems product/tester interface for functional testing at production floor
Strong competency in Lab VIEW, Test Stand , C,C++ and other test automation tools
Expertise in development of Automatic Test Equipment(ATE) Systems, Test Break-out Box and Test Stations
Working experience with National Instrument/Agilent DAQ cards in PCI, PXI and c PCI platforms
Experience in testing and debugging a H/W board using testing tools like JTAG and HBIT
Strong basics in electronics
Hands on experience in development of Electronics Production line, Automatic Test Systems is added advantage

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Design & Development of the Employee Career Path
Implementation of MRR/TMP (a key organizational talent planning process).
Tracking all people related actions - people development, top talent identification, career planning, succession depth, etc.
Support in driving the global rotation program for exchange of employees between the 3 HTS locations - India , China and Czech through coordination and interaction with global teams
Designing and executing all career development- related interventions across HTS through interaction with Corporate and leadership team

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: 1.Strategies to include:
Coordinate in the design of compensation and benefits plans, programs, and projects in HTS India
Work with legal team and other stakeholders to ensure plans, programs are legally compliant, market competitive and cost effective.
Preparing Compensation Budget Proposal and tracking budget utilisation.
Partner closely with stakeholders for the implementation of compensation and benefits plans, programs, and projects.
Review and improve general terms and conditions of employment, base pay, fixed allowances, health and welfare benefits, insurance, retirement plans, mandatory benefits and recognition.
Participate in conducting competitive market intelligence/ analysis through regular benchmark survey participation and pulse surveys.
Support activities such as annual budget reviews, salary planning, etc.
Perform job audits and analysis, including band leveling.
Ensure excellent operational excellence in terms of managing a repository of updated benefits policies and processes in systems and intranet sites.
Develop annual work plan and follow through with regular reviews and prioritization of key objectives.
2. Administration to include:
Maintenance of databases and systems of C&B.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of reports.
Collating and analyzing data and recommending improvements.
Administer Compensation and Benefits policies and guidelines. Audit practices against corporate guideline
3. Communications to include:

Pre and Post Revision compensation analysis
Development of GCP campaigns.
Communication with the consultants.
