Responsible for Managing independently the processes

Motivate and training the team. Identifying the training needs of the team and ensuring that the required training is conducted

Adhering to the SLA and ensuring that SOP's & FMEA's , are reviewed regularly. Accurate and timely reporting

Timeline closure of critical acitivies in payoll and interactions with consultants for timely receipt of the input file.

Developing relationship and communication with stakeholders & customers and ensuring that feedback is regularly taken

Ensuring the improvement initiatives identified in the service review are acted on Identifying people for Rewards and Recognition. Maintain High standard of Accuracy, Productivity and Timeliness

Execute carreer mapping for the team
