Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the states of Karnataka, AP, TN and Kerala
2. Deliver sales and collection targets
3. Coach and guide a team of sales and product specialists on techno
commercial selling
4. Manage branch labs in the region
5. Conceive & lead business development efforts to tap market opportunities
6. Lead Key Account Management initiatives viz. drawing up customized plans
for key accounts, lead execution of these plans to deliver agreed objectives
7. Lead training efforts to build capability in customer teams to sell high end products
8. Monitor daily visits, monthly visits as per the planning, sales reports, and Collection of all sales people of the region
9. Reports to the NSM
10. Must have led sales teams successfully
11. Must have knowledge in managing a direct dealer network
12. Should be comfortable in learning the “science” behind medical devices
13. Technologically proficient with MS Office products
14. Have excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills; and have the ability to travel extensively.
15. Good managerial skills to monitor the team, motivate the team to have high
productivity, have positive thinking and solution based approach to all day to day
operations, work towards achieving 100% targets (qtrly and yearly) for contributing towards the growth of organization.
