The candidate should have the following skills:
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore
Years of Experience: 7+ years

Job title: Business Development Manager

1.1. Client facing role and candidate with exposure to North American market preferred
1.1.1. Client Acquisition for Contact Center
1.1.2. Understands the complete life cycle of Business Development & Lead the team
1.1.3. Generated sales leads, cold called prospective clients to be pursued and closed
1.1.4. Establish strategies to develop business and sales in new clients within assigned territory
1.1.5. Well versed with SMB segment
1.1.6. Prior work experience in RPO/BPO/ITES.
1.1.7. Professional expertise in providing quality solutions
1.1.8. Create successful team environment, provide feedback, coach and mentor the team mates

1.2. Qualification and required skills
1.2.1. MBA or equivalent
1.2.2. Minimum 7 years of experience
1.2.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1.2.4. Willing to work in US timings
1.2.5. Willing to travel (if required)
1.2.6. Able to manage a team
