Position : Solution Architect ( Manager )

Process : F& A ( Finance & Accounts )

should have experience of Solution Designing as well as Transition or Migration for F&A Verticals

7 Skills ( Must Have)
–Depth of experience in F&A / F&A Outsourcing
–Process Documentation – SOP and Flow diagrams
–Excellent Communication Skill – Oral and Written A+
–Valid passport
–Open to Travel as above
–Analytical Skills
Travel Requirements
– Overseas up to 2‐4 weeks at one time
– Domestic – post overseas – may have to travel
at the process site for up to 2‐4 weeks
8 Skills( Good to have) – Solution for Outsourcing in F&A domain
including Technical aspects
– Response to RFP
– Presentation to Customer
– Influencing and Negotiating
– Project Management and Reporting
– Lead Knowledge Transfer teams
– Exposure to ERP – SAP / Oracle Preferable
– Exposure to quality –six sigma

10 Security Roles & Responsibilities • Updates himself regularly with Company
policies on Information Security
Management System.
• Ensure subordinates are aware of
Company policies, in particular those on
Information Security.
• Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory
requirements as applicable to the nature of
work.
• Ensure Teams Adhere to legal &
regulatory requirements as applicable to
the nature of work.
• Ensure adherence to the Contractual
Requirements of the Process/Function.
• Encourage Teams Report Security
Incidents.
• Ensure Compliance and Security
Trainings for Teams are conducted
periodically.
• Cooperate with Compliance and Security
officers with Security Investigations.
Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a
monthly review of status

Shifts : US Shifts will be till 6.00 pm to 3.00 AM

Working Days : 5 Days week
