Job Description
1) Overall experience of 9 and more years of experience. Managers who have been managers for 2 yrs and more or current Sr Managers
2) Should be from product companies like Cisco, Macfee etc
3) Should have strong operations exposure (outsourced business handling exposure - voice)
4) Should have in depth process knowledge
5) Should be able to develop strategy to achieve operational excellence.
Should be able to implement technology for operational needs.
Qualification: Graduate
Additional: Post Graduate
Requisite Skills -
* Candidate should have good interpersonal skills
* Should be an enthusiastic go-getter with the ability to partner with multiple teams.
* Detail oriented and exposure to service operations
* Self Motivated and should be also able to motivate others
* Catalogue experience is not mandatory but preferred
