Position Information Security Manager

Experience 5+ years of full-time work experience in Information Security Management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management)

Documents the information security policies and procedures Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to foster information security awareness within the organization Provides direct information security training to all employees, contractors, alliances, andother third parties  Implements the organization"s information security policies and procedures Monitors compliance with the organization"s information security policies and

procedures among employees, contractors, alliances, and other third parties and refers problems to appropriate department managers or administrators Monitors internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained Performs information security risk assessments and serves as the internal auditor for information security processes Prepares the organization"s disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems Monitors advancements in information security technologies Monitors changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affect information security Reviews all system-related information security plans throughout the organization"s network and acts as a liaison to the Information Systems Department  Acts as a Single point of contact & accountability for Information Security for all the clients Prerequisites 5+ years of experience in managing Information Security for lT/ BPO companies In-depth Knowledge of Information Security for BPO operations Information security management qualifications such as CISSP or CISM Implementation experience of ISO 27001 certification / HIPAA / SAS 70 Audits Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity Excellent communication skills
