Xchanging is planning to setup a centralized pricing and commercial Centre of excellence to support new business pursuits for Xchanging around the globe".

Current requirement is for

* Pricing experience in business finance etc, with the flair to understand IT/BPO pursuits, solution and prepare pricing for such deals.

* Commercial / Pricing: who are currently in pre-sales type roles in pricing and involved in some sort of contract negotiations. These roles will front-end negotiations on domestic and international deals and should be well versed with managing international customers.

Job description:

* Develop deal cost models and evaluate different scenarios (pricing, cost drivers, solutions, terms, and so forth) for new business being pursued and assess the financial and commercial viability of new business. New sale/business pursuits could be a response to an RFP, add-on business from an existing client and/or business from a new client.

* Coordinate with pre-sales team, solution team, production to understand solution and analyse for gaps between cost model and solution.
* Develop P&L models for contracts after incorporating the appropriate accounting, legal inputs.

* Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks of customer contracts in the development phase and help management understand the long-term impact associated with new business.

* Work with the sales team, and other finance groups like Treasury, Accounting to price such deals & propose appropriate deal structures and conditions.

* Specific to commercial role: Develop contract schedules - Lead negotiations and develop contract schedules and determine financial implications of contract terms. Coordinate with Legal and other functions to ensure appropriate cover in the contract schedules, should be well versed with managing international customers / Clients.

Desired Profile:

Qualification: Pref. MBA Finance or CA/ CPA
Experience: 6-10 years
Post-specialization experience in business finance or commercial or contract management type roles
Experience in pre-sales type roles developing P&L for new contracts, structuring and negotiating deal commercials.
Must be from ITES/BPO background
