Essential skills sets:
• Experience in implementing Mobile phone Banking or Internet Banking project releases.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience, 6+ years of experience in managing release for medium and high complexity applications
• Good Negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record to manage big projects independently
• Good knowledge of Project Planning, tracking, budget management.
• Mobility: Possible travel required for short durations to Melbourne, primarily driven out of Bangalore

Preferential skills
• Preferred with a Project management certification
