JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Achieve business profitability by maintaining the revenues and effective cost management
Ø Ensure achieving revenue targets as well Gross Margin targets
Ø To deliver on all SLAs as agreed upon for the respective projects
Ø Maintaining successful client relationship
Ø Ensure the achievement of desired level of C- Sat and E-Sat scores
Ø Managing escalations related to people, policies and process
Ø Shall actively participate in the management of crisis and risk
Ø Constantly evaluate, assess and manage the development of all team members
Ø Periodic performance reviews with Team Leaders and Managers
Ø Mentor, coach and motivate the team members towards high productivity and performance.
Ø Enable retention and facilitate the reduction of attrition.
DECISION MAKING / AUTHORITY
Ø All financial sign offs as per the budget approved.
Ø Sign off on recruitment and promotion along with GM-Operations upto the Manager’s position within the operations. (this does not include any position in support function)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
Ø Good selling and presentation skills
Ø Ability to take good customer centric decisions and up-to-date knowledge of customer best practices
Ø Effective problem solving skills
Ø Good Financial Management skills
Ø Excellent delivery capabilities to drive efficiencies
Ø Conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget and contracted parameters.
Ø Good people Management skills
Ø Ability to operate in multi location metrics organization
