Job profile : Team lead
- Team Lead to handle about 8 to 9 engineers at a site
- Lead the team in day to day IT support matters (L1 and L2 calls only)
- Be a mentor to the team
- Guide the team to deliver customer expected results and exceed the same
- Provide Defined SLA for the customer.
- Be a signle point for all customer reviews escalation if any
- Manage the team Leave, shifts
- Monitor the team and review the deliverable
- Should be good motivator
- Should be willing to go out of the way to help customer
- Should be long term player
- With Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Calls what we are talking are Support of 2000 users desktops/ Laptops , installation of OS, trouble shooting. Shift will be round the clock for engineers and regular shift for team lead,
