Position Details: Associate/ Sr. Associate – Project Accounting (AR – Billing) – 2 positions
Shift timings: 7 pm to 4 am
Location: Bangalore.
Education: B.com/BBM/M. Com/ MBA (Fin)/ CA Inter
Experience: 2- 7 yrs.
Job Description:
Overall delivery responsibility of all the processes with primary focus on the Billing process.
Co-ordinate with client for effective implementation of department Goals (Billing Targets, GL, Budgeting & reporting etc)
Communicate with client SME’s, Project Managers, Project Administrators and Finance Department
Communicate with client SME’s, Project Managers, Project Administrators and Finance Department
Initiate cross training and create adequate back ups across processes
Monitor key performance parameters of the process
Coordinate quality and process improvement initiatives implementation
Exceptions handling
Requirements:
B.com/BBM/M. Com/ MBA (Fin)/ CA Inter with 2+ years of experience with strong leadership skills.
Prior experience in AR department, handling Project Based Billing mandatory
Prior experience in implementing process/quality/productivity improvements (preferred)
Having strong conceptual accounting and analysis skills
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)
Planning, setting up goals and achieving challenging targets
Time management skills to meet challenging delivery timelines
Problem Solving Aptitude.
