Currently we are recruiting for the position of Technical Support Manager B2 / B3 - for one of the top BPO in Hyderabad.

Criteria
1. Should have total 8 - 12 yrs of experience with relevant 3+ yrs of experience in Tech Support.
2. Should have team management experience of handling 20+team members.
3. Should be ok to work in 24/7shifts.
4. Should be smart, dynamic and analytical
5. Should be in a voice process
