We have an urgent openings for the designation of MANAGER - BLACK BELT with one of international BPO IN PUNE BANGLORE & GURGAON

CRITERIA:
1. SHOULD BE BLACK BELT TRAINED / CERTIFIED

· Drive quality projects with an objective to improve Process efficiency and effectiveness.

· Identify key opportunity areas for operations and drive improvement initiative (process Improvement/ Transformation/Automation projects) to attain process excellence.

· Mentor projects for the allocated processes in the Vertical.

· Facilitate process transitions and SLA adherence for the processes in the vertical

· Embrace change and drive training on Six sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the vertical
