many of the times bluechip companies put a barrier before the students consistently60% in there academics . sir i am not saying that those people whose are avbove the 60% are fool but i wanna tell you one another thing all the below the 60 are not fool . if you will see to the back all of the brilliant people in the world were not the 70 80 or 90percent achiver of the his academics because they were not the rattufied than the others if you will take the example of einstien ,eddison, kalidas, newton because they were the innovaters not the copiers you can see iitans are not producing extra only they are coping these above mentioned personalities . iam telling these all things because tata is my dream company but due to marks i can not join iit . i will tell you my own ex college gave me c grade but any b grade people can not face me in aptitude and in gd and pi
Yes, I too agree with the above message because when I was in schooling, not interested in studies at all and use to think why to study and is that really imp and because of that disinterested I got less percentage but now when I worked previously with HP computers, I was the topper in every month, got promotion also. They first hesitated to select me whether my performance will be good or not but now they says that I am the only decent girl in the entire office who works so calmly and completes the given task before time. I also agree that percentage needs to check but not select on that basis only as knowledge also needs to be checked.
