Skills:

1)Strong SQL Skills

2) UNIX Shell Scripting OR PERL Skills

3) Data Validation skills to test the data loading process

a. Be able to grasp table/file structures and understand how the data is loaded.
b. Comparison of loaded data in tables with the data in loading files

i. Able to write good scripts for this comparison.
ii. Good eye for data comparison.
iii. Aptitude to understand the nature of data
