Position : Engagement Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

Years of Exp: 7-11 Years

Shifts ; UK Shift
Qualification: CA/CPA/MBA/CFA
Job responsibility:
1. The person needs to manage the Accounting & Finance team
 2. The person needs to manage multiple clients & multiple resource
 3. The individual needs to develop and streamline accounting and FP&A processes and internal controls.
 4. The person has to prepare reports of financial performance of the company and present it to the board.
 5. The individual will provide assistance in development of forecast spending for reminder of measurement period.
 6. The individual must provide inspiration for cost reduction and designs for gain in efficiency.
7. The person will provide assistance in the preparation of audited financial statements.
 8. The individual will need to manage the timing and accuracy of G/L entries to assigned accounts.

Skills Required:

Good Knowledge of GAAP and Audit related schedules. Preparation of P&L trends. Balance
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
