1. Job Title: Sr. Manager HR
2. Age: 28 to 40
3. Location: Bangalore
4. Qualification: Graduate with Post- graduation in HR/ MBA- HR full time
5. Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
6. Reportees: Admin and HR Team
7. Experience : 7 to 10 yrs in generalist plus Admin experience, operations, compliances handled staff of 200-300 people
8. Key Competencies Required: Knowledge about the current market strategy, person to interactive & responsive outgoing personality, Excellent Communication, should have good capacity of handling HR Team and can work under pressure.
