Surveyors holding valid license enrolled with IRDA for grant of additional/swapping of department(s), who have completed their training by 30th November, 2011 are also eligible to apply for examination, provided while mentioning their enrollment number in the application form, they are requested to add ‘additional department’ after writing their enrollment number (eg. If the enrollment number is 6152 then one needs to mention it as 6152-Addl Dept). Repeaters are also eligible for writing the examination in May,2011 to appear in the subjects that they have failed.
 
The last date of sending application forms to Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai is 15th March, 2012. Incomplete Application Form in any respect will not be entertained by the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

• Scientific Stores Space Planning, based on Materials Management Principles.
• Coding each Stores item, which should facilitate identification of the item, its location and the Department.
• Computer based Stores Register which should facilitate updation of the Stores Register on every receipt and every issue as well as control through minimum and maximum stocks as also generation of MIS reports.
• Designing a System for receipt and issue and quality certification including requisition for stores and their recording, requisition for purchase and its further processes etc. Shall be responsible for handling all functions relating to procurement and distribution of stores. Scope of Work:
* Responsible for managing low to medium scope deployment projects with an occasional high, into the Microsoft Data Centers. Deployments include Infrastructure build-outs which include Network, SAN Storage Area Network, Server Deployments and on occasion decommission of infrastructure deployments.
* Responsible for facilitating project meetings, and data collection in support of the project requirements, communicating status to all project stakeholders, and overall project plan to deliver on time and on schedule.
* Primary contact for project escalations to ensure risk analysis is performed and mitigation plan in place as issues are identified.
* Attend the following meeting, and facilitate as required:
o Facilitate Kickoff meetings,
o Data Center workflow meetings,
o Data Center Capacity meetings,
o Deployment Workflow meetings
o Weekly team meetings to share experiences across all projects, with an emphasis on mitigating any risk to project delivery
o Other MSN meetings related to delivery of and quality of the projects
* Adhere to all required documentation in support of project delivery
