Job Description

1. Implementing cost saving methods with latest automation and reviewing the business performance in line with budgetary control.

2. Liaising with Purchase & Finance departments and Suppliers to plan sales forecasting and targets of the teams to maximise daily sales and drive profits. Developed marketing 
and promotional strategies to increase walk-ins and sales.

3. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth support functions. Evaluating the existing manpower size and accordingly working our strategies.

4. Empowering the teams with training in maintaining service standards

5. Co coordinating with HR team for recruiting new hires as and when need arises
