Position: Senior HR Manager /AVP - Human Resources
Experience:8-10 years,

We are look for who has very good experience in Managing the entire recruitment life-cycle and sourcing the best talent for In-House and Clients requirement,
a. Employee orientation, development, training, on boarding
b. Compensation and benefits administration
2. Managing HR day-to-day Operations, Team Management and General Administration
3. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
4. Employee relations, engagement, rewards and recognition program.
5. Grievance handling, counseling and conflict resolution.
6. Implement Performance Management System and ensure timely execution and feedback tracker for appraisals
Core Requirements
* 8-10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in a mid-size / sme organization
* Specialization in HR (Post -Graduate) from a Category A institute
* Having knowledge of IT Recruitment and identifying, screening and short-listing the candidates as per the business unit requirements
* Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing to acceptance of offer and final placement.
* Pre-Joining Activities-Preparing offer letter, Updating offer status report and Update resource allocation status to different units and organize training.
* Performance Appraisal-Prepare, plan and facilitate appraisal process, issue increment / incentive letter, Prepare Employee report on performance in the past and current cycles based on appraisal.
* Exit Formalities-Employee clearance for due from various departments, exit interviews, F&F process and analysis report.
