Role: Manager - Retention
Experience - 7 Years to 10 years
Location - Bangalore
Principal Accountability
Accountability Supporting Actions
Usage base enhancement - Retention and drop in usage programs
- Win back programs
- Customer segmentation and upgradation
- Coordinate with marketing for products
Churn reduction - UPC/Port out subscriber retention
- Validity upselling / conversion of offer ending subs
- Monitoring of complaints, identify root cause and reduce complaints
. Process Management - Adherence to defined processes
- Manage internal and external audits including ISO
- Take measures to improve CSAT
Reports and MIS - Provide reports to corporate and circle teams as per schedule
- Analyse concern / improvement areas and suggest remedial measures
- Track all retention related areas
- Maintain data for audits as per ISO norms
CLCM - Define and execute activities required for effective handholding of acquired subs
- Ensure handholding and reduce decay of usage subs.
