Role Description
Provide support towards building of the Quality Culture by ensuring effective management of Quest/Quest plus initiative, Quality Trainings. Facilitate and lead improvement projects based on Lean/ Six Sigma methodology.
Responsibilities:
Ensure strong alignment of quality with operations
Quest and Quest plus Management.
Ensure timely and accurate validation of ideas.
Quest Database management.
Ensure timely R&R
Lead Black Belt projects
Mentor Green Belts and operating managers on process improvement initiatives and projects undertaken within / across global processes
Deliver on business impact and process excellence targets as set for the Quality team
Train associates in Quality tools and techniques.
Ensure that all targets internal as well as external are met for the process, with improvement driven through continuous improvement methodologies.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree
Trained / Certified Black Belt, Has to be GB Certified from a known brand
Knowledge of Lean methodologies
Hands on experience of mentoring and doing Green Belt /Black Belt Six Sigma Project, must have lead and completed 2 + projects with quantifiable savings.
Minimum 3 yrs in Quality Role ....Transaction monitoring related experience is not counted
Total work exp. 6 yrs +, with minimum 4 in BPO
Preference:
- High cross cultural competence
- Experience in client facing roles
- Exposure to COPC, ISO, TQM and other Quality methodologies/systems
