In a first of it's kind initiative , the company fully sponsors career oriented post Graduate Diplomas in Product development and Manufacturing.
Student who complete this one and a half year course successfully will be placed at Ashok leyland as Senior officers.
The course content has been customized and developed in collaboration with PSG college of technology.
Ashok leyland will sponsor the entire course for the selected candidates including the tuition's fees , accommodation/ F &B expenses.
Candidates who get absorbed can move up to senior management position in the company based on performance.
Eligibility: B.sc. Physics or B.sc. Applied Sciences candidates who have completed the course in 2010 or completing in 2011 are eligible. Candidate should have maintained a good academic record with a consistent first class. Age should not exceed 22 years.
