Job Description:
• Ensure any new processes & solutions are seamlessly set up/ deployed in HSC
• Consistently deliver KPIs on agreed parameters
• Mentor and coach the team and ensure they are motivated
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver expected results
• Constantly work towards improving efficiency within Commercial
Educational Qualifications:
Essential Criteria: Graduate in any discipline
Desirable Criteria: MBA
Experience:
Essential Criteria:
• Overall experience of 5+ years in the outsourcing industry
• Experience as a Team Leader: min 2 + years
• Experience in transitioning and setting up processes
• Experience in running operations with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience in working for a UK client
• Experience in working for a Retail back office
• Training/ certification in Lean/ Six Sigma/ other process improvement methodologies
Operational & Behavioral Skills:
• Excellent communications skills written and verbal will be required in order to convey complex and varied information to a wide audience
• Good presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem resolving capabilities
• Be first for customers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must display a positive attitude
• Must have the eagerness to learn
• Good team player
Shift Pattern & Workdays:
2:30pm - 9:30pm / 1:30pm - 10:30pm | Monday – Friday
