I am Srinivas from an executive search firm, we have following requirement with one of our largest BPO client in India, Accenture BPO:

Job Description:
* Only Female Candidates can Apply
* The primary function of this position is to drive Improvement projects on
processes to improve the site Productivity & overall SLA performance
* Needs to have worked in a BPO - Operational Excellence (or similar)
function
* Certified OR Trained Six Sigma Black Belt with good knowledge of Lean practices
* Should have completed a min. two BB projects compulsorily
* Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential
* Needs to have worked in a BPO - Operational Excellence (or similar)
function
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Minimum 10+ yrs of total experience & 6+ years in quality alone, 3 years in
the F&A quality process.
* Should have completed atleast 3-4 projects in the F&A process.
* Education - PG in any field (preferable Engineering/Finance)
* Shifts - should be flexible to work in shifts
