- Hands on experience in Financial Security Markets, Financial Instruments,Clearing and Settlement, Brokerage Functions
- 8+ years of related back office experience; Atleast 2+ years of process management experience; 2-3 years of people management experience
- Good formal communication skills. Ability to take calls, write process documents, document process flows etc.
- Advanced MS Office Skills, specifically with respect to MS-Excel. Ability to write macros.
- Good People management skills; ability to provide process & development feedback to team members & train team members on process activities.
- Willingness to work in shifts
